We are theologically conservative Protestants who serve churches that hold similar theological beliefs. In order for our clients to have confidence in us, we look to hire researchers and curriculum writers who share our churches’ conservative theological commitments.
Sermon Research
Our pastor-clients love to study God’s Word and almost all of them have good print and digital libraries. They primarily ask us for material for illustrations and applications, with some academic content that is carefully curated and synthesized. Because of this, the researchers who serve our clients with excellence are those who are passionate and gifted at connecting God’s Word with ordinary life.
Curriculum Writing
We hire theologically trained writers who are able to communicate the truth of scripture in ways that are accessible and winsome. These writers must also be able to create lessons that are pedagogically creative and structured appropriately for leaders and students in Sunday School, leadership training, or small group settings.
