Contract & Cost
We work on annual contracts. Docent pricing is flexible, so please contact us for pricing for your specific situation.
What We Deliver & When
Docent agrees to provide the research brief whenever the client desires. For example, some clients want the research brief delivered each week on Friday, nine days before the Sunday when the sermon is preached.
In weeks when the senior pastor is not preaching, Docent will assist associate pastors or guest preachers as they fill the pulpit. Or, our researchers will work on larger church projects, such as producing curriculum for Sunday School or small group bible studies.
Research Instructions
The pastor or communicator provides Docent with a schedule of messages and the specific instructions to be researched. The more specificity from the client, the better chance our research will hit the client's bulls-eye.
Flexible Operation
Weekly Operation
The Docent Team Captain will talk to the pastor by phone each week or as desired by the pastor, or by email. The pastor has time to make use of the research, do his own research, and construct his sermon. He also has time to call the Docent Team Captain and talk through material for clarity as well as make suggestions for improving the customized work for the future.Series Operation
The pastor details one or several series for the year and the Docent research team delivers all the research for the whole series several weeks before the series begins.Other

Test Drive
We want to earn your business. Give us a shot to show you what we can do for you. A good way to figure out if Docent Research is a good fit for a potential client is to do a paid test drive. The client selects a time period of one, two or three months. At the end of the test drive the potential client can decide to sign on as a client or to terminate the relationship.
